The Rosette Headscarf Technique

Updated: Jun 23

I'm so excited to present you with a creative new scarf-tying tutorial! This diaphanous style uses two triangular scarves, one a lightweight cotton and one a sheer mesh, to create an ethereal rosette effect. A small brooch is anchored between rosettes.

I know how hard it can be to find triangular scarves. This technique can also be tied with two square scarves folded in half diagonally from one corner to another. In the video, I am wearing a beige nylon stocking cap like this one underneath the scarves.

You can find a selection of solid-colored cotton scarves from here.
